Treasurer: Camille Gehrenbeck
Collecting household donations: Erin Judge and Dave Olsen
Pinatas and candy: Marcos Costellanos
Horses to block off street: Rick Gehrenbeck and Robert Knapp
Keg: Dave Olsen and Jeff Judge
Organize Potluck Dinner: Erin Judge
Developing a schedule for the activities: Wende Niforatos
We need the following:
- 2 volunteers to collect donations from local businesses for silent auction
- Someone to buy the supplies for the kids’ games/activites
- Someone to pick up supplies for lunch (paper products, hamburger and hotdog buns, ketchup, mustard, relish, etc.)
- 4 volunteers to supervise the children’s activities (ie. Bounce House)
- Grills
- Tables
Confirmed activities for the day:
1-3 pm Bounce House
Fire department visit
DJ Selector Jah Scoob
Hamburgers and hot dogs for lunch
Jerk chicken for dinner (5pm)
Bike parade
Hula hoop contest
Limbo contest
Pet parade
Dessert (6pm)
Water balloon toss
$5 50/50 raffle
$10 50/50 raffle
Silent auction???

Does anyone know if we have anything left over from last year? Do you have any additional ideas?
