Suggested Household Donation: $20

Jobs/Volunteer Assignments:
Treasurer: Camille Gehrenbeck
Collecting household donations: Erin Judge and Dave Olsen
Pinatas and candy: Marcos Costellanos
Horses to block off street: Rick Gehrenbeck and Robert Knapp
Keg: Dave Olsen and Jeff Judge
Collect Money for Keg: Ryan Fitzgerald
Organize Potluck Dinner: Erin Judge
Developing a schedule for the activities: Wende Niforatos

We need the following:

- 2 volunteers to collect donations from local businesses for silent auction
- Someone to buy the supplies for the kids’ games/activites
- Someone to pick up supplies for lunch (paper products, hamburger and hotdog buns, ketchup, mustard, relish, etc.)
- Grills
- Tables

Does anyone know if we have anything left over from last year? Do you have any additional ideas?

If you are willing to donate anything at all for the block party or if you would like to volunteer for any of the assignments listed above, please let us know!

We are good for:
* two 6 foot tables.
* donating the kid’s game/activity supplies (although, i’ll need some guidance on what those are)
* donation of raffle prize from http;//www.pawschoice.com
